Q: What type of wood is used for the barrel sauna?
A: We only use western red cedar from the Selkirk Sawmill in Revelstoke.

Q: Is the barrel sauna stained?
A: We can stain the barrel upon request.

Q: What base needs to be prepared for sauna? 
A: The easiest way to prepare the base is to put cement slabs. The base measures 4 feet wide by chosen barrel length. 

Q: Do we need to make a deposit?
A: Yes, a 1000$ deposit is required. We take all methods of payment.   

Q: Is the barrel waterproof?
A: The barrel sauna is not guaranteed to be completely waterproof. It allows the wood to breath.

Q: Can we choose a wood heater?
A: We only distribute the electric heater. If you prefer the wood heater, we can provide the sauna and have you guys take care of the wood fire installation.

Q: What power outlet do I need?
A: You need a 220 V.

Q: What are the delay of construction when ordered?
A: We can usually build and deliver in less than 6 weeks.
